Hey, my name is Mercede B

—an artist, art educator, and founder of Beautifully Entangled.
This studio is rooted in the belief that just like art, life can be messy. In seasons of busyness, overwhelm, grief, and transition, I've often found myself grounded by the quiet things—the sound of rain, birds singing in the distance, light moving through the trees, or simply watching the world outside my window.
Those moments remind me to slow down and pay attention. Spending time in nature has taught me that beauty already exists around us. What we see isn't something we created—it's something we've been given. Fully formed, intentional, and worth noticing.
Beautifully Entangled grew from both that awareness and my own need for a creative outlet during seasons of reflection and change.
Through photography, collage, and art journaling, I've come to see creativity not as something that always needs to be perfect or productive, but as a way to observe, reflect, experiment, tell stories, preserve memories, and simply enjoy the act of making.
Today, Beautifully Entangled exists as a creative studio centered around noticing, reflection, storytelling, and creating gentle spaces for others to slow down, connect, and create freely.
